Restaurant Chat Support – Instagram (Entry Level / Part Time): Engage with customers on Instagram, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Provide menu details, take reservations, and offer personalized dining recommendations. Maintain a friendly, professional tone while ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality. Stay updated on restaurant promotions and events to share with followers. Adapt to diverse customer needs, fostering a positive online presence. Prioritize quick response times and accurate information delivery.
What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
Contract length: No fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
