Hotel Virtual Assistant – Chat Support (Work from Home): Deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing prompt, friendly, and accurate assistance through chat. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and offer personalized recommendations to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service and maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel offerings. Exhibit strong communication skills, empathy, and attention to detail. Adapt to diverse guest needs and maintain professionalism in a virtual environment. Contribute to a positive, efficient, and guest-focused support atmosphere.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
