Bakery Social Media Chat Support – Facebook (Fully Remote): Engage with customers on Facebook, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with warmth and efficiency. Share product knowledge, promote specials, and maintain a positive brand image. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent messaging and customer satisfaction. Utilize problem-solving skills to handle complaints and provide timely solutions. Stay updated on bakery offerings and social media trends. Foster a welcoming online community, encouraging customer interaction and loyalty. Adapt to evolving digital communication tools and strategies.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
